This video details how to drill and press fit a Base Lab Tools 1/4-80 fine adjustment screw bushing (TB250-80-0438) into an aluminum plate. This is the first step in utilizing this 1/4-80 fine-adjustment screw bushing to build a custom mount or translation stage.

A 9/32 drill was used followed by a 5/16 hand reamer to ensure the hole was round and correctly sized.
