This 1.5 ft x 1.5 ft honeycomb breadboard has a core thickness of 2 in.
The Aluminum (6061) skins are 3/16 in. (5mm) thick and add 3/8 in. (10mm) to the thickness of the entire breadboard. The skins are then coated with black anti-reflective finish that is impervious to most chemicals. This finish absorbs or scatters more than 90% of light incident upon it.
