This 2 ft x 4 ft honeycomb breadboard has a core thickness of 2 inches.
The aluminum (6061) skins are 3/16 in. (5mm) thick and add 3/8 in. (10mm) to the thickness of the entire breadboard. The skins are coated with a black, anti-reflective finish, impervious to most chemicals. This finish absorbs or scatters more than 90% of light incident upon it.
