3/16-200 Fine-Adjustment Screw and Bushing Sets
Our series of 200 TPI (threads per Inch) screw and bushing matched pairs push the capability limit of screw machines to consistently maintain such a fine thread. Second only to our 254 TPI screws for ultra fine adjustment, these screws have a pitch of 0.127 mm/rev (127 µm/rev) allowing for submicron adjustment capability.These 200 TPI ultra fine adjustment screws are made in the USA and sold from stock in common sizes (3/8 in., 1/2 in., 5/8 in., 3/4 in., 1in., 1 1/4 in., 1 1/2 in., 1 3/4 in. and 2 in. long). The 3/16-200 come pre-paired to a bushing at the factory to assure the tightest fit possible and to prevent debris from being caught in the threads.
